Susan holds a nursing degree from St John's School of Nursing, and a Bachelors in HealthCare Administration from St John's University.Susan has been a Licensed Registered Nurse for over 24 years, Neuro Trauma ICU, Cardiothoracic and surgical ICU, organ donation/transplantation, consulting and clinical computer informatics. She holds an active RN license in both CA and NY, inactive license in MO and a license pending in the UK. Susan obtained her aesthetics education at the Dermalogica Academy in NYC.
Susan believes in order to maximize the brilliance of our skin, we first have to care for it both internally (food/liquid intake, oxygenation, circulation, and elimination) and externally (environment exposures, skin's natural barrier, topical products, and protection).Susan was first a client at Jillian Wright Clinical Skin Spa before embarking upon her quest in the field of aesthetics. It was through the results oriented treatments she received at the spa and the supportive encouragement and mentoring from Jillian Wright that spearheaded her journey to become an aesthetician.Being in the field of aesthetics offers Susan the flexibility to work with clients as well to share time with her children.
