Debra Krueger :: Lash Stylist Clinical Aesthetician

A native from Portland, Oregon, Debra Krueger is a certified lash stylist through worldwide leader, Xtreme Lashes®. Debra graduated from Marylhurst University in 2001 with a Bachelor in Fine Art. Shortly after, she began her career as an interior design consultant in a sustainable design firm known as Eco Haus. Working closely, with other architects, homeowners, contractors and designers her passion for sustainability, environmentalism and holistic thinking grew immensely. She quickly became one of the leading team members at Eco Haus. After spending six years with Eco Haus, she decided to move out East and relocate to Brooklyn in 2007 where she continued her career in sustainability. After two years of pursuing the "green movement" in NYC she was inspired to make a career change.

With her prior experience and vision for her future, she enrolled at the Aveda Institute. The Aveda Institute embraces the Ayurvedic and holistic approach to skincare and beauty while maintaining an environmental message and Debra felt right at home. During the process of becoming a well-rounded Aesthetician, she was introduced to the concept of "Eyelash Extensions" from a friend who was a lash stylist. It wasn't until she had her first application and saw the dramatic difference it made that she decided to add this to her menu of services. Since Debra has a knack for crafts and a love of working with her hands, the technique came quite naturally. Debra worked at the medical spa Ajune as an aesthetician for two years where she built what is now a sizable and growing clientele.

Positioning herself as the "go to gal for eyelashes" in the upper east side, Debra recently sought out Jillian Wright Clinical Skin Spa to relocate her services. After reading the countless five star reviews, she put Jillian at the top of her wish-list. Once stepping into the spa, meeting Jillian and reviewing products and services she new right away that her existing clientele would feel right at home. Becoming part of the team is an absolute honor. Debra takes great pride in her work and is meticulous. The client's experience comes first. Her gentle touch comes naturally in every service she provides. Debra continues to educate and challenge herself within the industry and learning new techniques that benefit her clients. In her spare time Debra enjoys hiking, yoga, art and creating jewelry pieces inspired by elegant crystals and stones.
